Note: Solartron Metrology will phase out the Orbit Gauge Software 3.0 (OG3) on September 30, 2023. After this date OG3 software package will be replaced by Orbit Gauge Software 4.0 (OG4) released in April of 2022. It is recommended all customers start planning to migrate to Orbit Gauge Software 4.0. Support for Orbit Gauge Software 3.0 will continue for customers with active Support and Maintenance Agreements (SMA) if running Windows 10 or older versions. Orbit GCS - A Flexible and Easy Gauging Tool

Orbit GCS is gauging software that provides basic metrology capability as a free version but can be expanded by adding purchased functional packages to build an advanced gauging tool.

Interface up to 150 Orbit® Digital Sensors, which includes specialist transducers like Block Gauges, Flexures, Mini Probes, Laser, and Linear Encoder.

Data from Solartron’s Wireless Hand Tools can be drawn via the Wireless Communication Module (WCM)

GCS will interface with 3rd party sensors via the Encoder Input Module, Analogue Input Module, Air Gauge Module, and others.

Logic functions with control of Input and Outputs via Solartron Digital Input Output Modules (DIOMs)

Log Data to Microsoft Excel ® formatted files for further processing
